BLOOD COAGULATION SYSTEM

Blood Coagulation System for Flour Production Animal!

O GRATT Blood Coagulation System is an industrial solution developed for the processing and dehydration of blood in slaughterhouses, focusing on the production of high-value-added animal meal.

Mainly applied to poultry, pig and cattle slaughter plants, the system transforms organic waste into raw material for animal nutrition and fertilizers, promoting operational efficiency and sustainability in the production process.

How does the Blood Coagulation System?

O GRATT Blood Coagulation System directly contributes to the circular economy, transforming waste with high polluting potential into products with commercial value.

In addition to reducing the organic load in effluents, the system improves the use of resources and helps meet environmental requirements.

Sustainability and Valuation of Byproducts!

The process is continuous and designed to ensure maximum efficiency in solid-liquid separation.

Initially, the collected blood is directed to reception tanks with an agitation system, avoiding decantation and maintaining the homogeneity of the material.

Next, the coagulation stage occurs through direct steam injection, using capsules with automatic flow control (or manual, depending on the project). This heating promotes the coagulation of proteins present in the blood.

After this step, the material passes through a stainless steel coil, which guarantees the residence time necessary to complete coagulation.

The clotted blood then goes to the centrifugal decanter, where the separation of the solid phase (clot) and the liquid phase (serum) occurs.

Subsequently, the solid can be sent for thermal drying and grinding, resulting in the final flour.
