The company began its trajectory as a metal-mechanical industry, but quickly found its true purpose in the development of technologies aimed at environmental preservation and intelligent use of natural resources.
A Congratulations Industry and Environmental Technology was founded in 1986 by Bernhard Josef Gratt.
Gratt transformed experience into technology and consolidated its position as a reference in environmental solutions for the industry.
With a pioneering spirit and a look towards the future, GRATT Over the decades, it has built a legacy marked by continuous innovation. Still in the 1990s, it became a national reference when introducing into the Brazilian market centrifugal decanters and tridecanters, technologies that revolutionized solid-liquid separation processes and paved the way for the provision of complete water and industrial and sanitary effluent treatment systems.

As environmental and industrial challenges have evolved, GRATT grew up with them. The company expanded its structure, strengthened its engineering and expanded its presence in the Brazil and no exterior. Today, it has two modern industrial parks in Capinzal-SC, distribution and technical support centers strategically positioned in the country and a branch in Europa, em Portugal. Together, these structures add up to more than 90.000m2 of built area, connecting Brazilian engineering to the highest international standards.
With a team of more than 2000 employees and more than 6700 systems installed in 27 countries, GRATT continues to advance, guided by the conviction that innovation, sustainability and industrial performance must go hand in hand.
Milestones such as ASME certification, which enables the export of equipment to highly demanding markets, symbolize GRATT's permanent commitment to quality, reliability and technical excellence.

Factory Park
Capinzal Headquarters - SC
With 90,000m² of built area, our headquarters has a modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art equipment. The facilities offer a functional space that favors integration between departments and the development of large projects.
Sumaré Branch – SP
It has modern and extensive facilities in an area of 11,000 m² that is easy to access and locate. This space was designed for greater agility in service, sales and technical assistance to our customers throughout the center of the country and Latin America.
Cuiabá Branch – MT
Strategically installed with the purpose of quickly serving customers, with quality technical assistance, always valuing safety, responsibility and efficiency.
Europe Subsidiary
Located in the city of Esposende in the District of Braga – Portugal, Gratt Europa has a modern structure, in addition to a highly qualified and agile team in service.
Technology
A Gratt continually invests in technology, automation and modernization of its production processes, recognizing that technological evolution is a determining factor for the competitiveness of the industry and for the manufacture of increasingly efficient, precise and reliable solutions. Investing in technology means expanding production capacity, ensuring consistent quality and keeping up with the market's growing technical demands, ensuring innovation and excellence in each piece of equipment developed.
Among the various production resources strategically distributed in the industrial plant, more than 70 machining equipment stand out, including milling machines, lathes, CNC horizontal machining centers, laser cutting machines for sheets and tubes, calenders, laser welding systems, among other high-performance devices.
Fleet
With its own fleet made up of more than 30 vehicles, including trailers, boards, trucks and cranes, the company has a robust logistics operation, specially prepared for the transport of large equipment and systems. This structure is oriented towards control, agility and high load capacity, allowing the centralization of logistics management, with strategic definition of routes, schedules and standardization of service.

With the installation of our photovoltaic plant with a total capacity of 1.5 MWp, we have become a self-sustainable company in energy consumption clean.
Intelligent capture of natural resources
Cisterns throughout our manufacturing complex guarantee storage of up to 400m³ of water, ensuring the best use of resources water.
Gratt Compact Effluent Treatment Plant
All effluent generated in the industrial park is treated in our own ETE, thus reaffirming our commitment to preserving the environment.
