The operation occurs through mechanical pressing, using a helical screw system that forces the material against the filter assembly, promoting the separation of the liquid fraction.

- The solid fraction is compacted and discharged with lower moisture content.
This process allows you to significantly reduce the volume of waste, making it easier to handle and dispose of correctly.
Equipment Construction
The press has a robust structure, designed to operate in harsh industrial environments:
- Structure in SAE 1020 carbon steel;
- Helicoid made of cast iron, in a single piece;
- Filtering body composed of interchangeable barrels that are easy to replace, made from micro-cast steel;
- Stainless steel filter basket;
- Windows for viewing solids discharge.
The equipment is fed from the top and can be adapted with a screw conveyor, hopper or chute, depending on the needs of the operation.
