Aeration is a fundamental step in aerobic processes such as Activated Sludge, MBBR, MBR, SBR, aerated lagoons and aerobic digestion, being responsible for maintaining the ideal environment for the development of biomass that degrades organic matter, reduces BOD, COD and promotes nitrification.
How does it work?
The system is made up of three main sets:
Air Blowers
They generate compressed air at the flow rate and pressure appropriate to the biological process, and can operate with frequency control to adjust according to organic load and oxygen demand.
Distribution network

Submerged Diffusers
