Gratt Industry and Environmental Technology received, between the 18th and 21st of May, the Periodic Audit 2 of the certification ISO 9001:2015, an important process that reinforces the company's ongoing commitment to quality, operational excellence and the constant improvement of its internal processes.
The main objective of the audit was to evaluate the compliance of the Gratt Quality Management System with the requirements established by the international standard ISO 9001:2015, in addition to analyzing the effectiveness of the procedures adopted, the standardization of activities, the performance of teams and the continuous improvement actions implemented by the organization throughout the period.
During the four days of audit, different sectors of the company underwent careful assessments, involving administrative, production and operational processes. The work included the active participation of leaders, employees and technical teams, who demonstrated, in practice, Gratt's commitment to high standards of management, efficiency and reliability.
